Manitoba Health has made available the complete "Standards Review" of the Simkin Centre that was dated Oct. 13. Although it was dated October 13, the report was not issued to the media until November 2, 2011.
In the review, the Simkin Centre was found to have met 25 of the 26 standards. It failed one standard in its "integrated care plan" process for residents.
