I read your review.
Professor Haim/Hayyim Beinart, z"l, (1917-2010) published over 300 books and articles on the Jews of Spain.
During the Mandate, he was an Irgun combatant, head of the Jerusalem counter-intelligence unit (nom de guerra: Uriyah)
Do any of your readers know if Professor Beinart related to the American writer, Peter Beinart — "The Failure of the American Jewish Establishment" in last week’s New York Review of Books?
