And then I read this and am reminded why Israel is called an Apartheid State, despite my constant wishes to reframe and look to solutions that are not name-calling-based or polarizing. I want one Israeli apologist to read this and tell me what they feel when they read it. Don’t mention how lousy are the Arab regimes in comparison, or reframe along sophisticated hasbarah lines, just simply empathize as a human with these workers. Then tell me if you will still be donating to the Jewish National Fund or the Combined Jewish Appeal with funds to keep supporting this.
