I enjoy reading the review, especially since my wife Annette (Bush) and I left Winnipeg in 1957 for Israel, for six months at Kibbutz Hazoraya and a 18 months at Moshav Orot. We returned to Winnipeg in 1959 for 3 years to finish my studies Ms. in agriculture and 3 years at Iowa state university for a PhD. We subsequently moved to Ontario where my career in plant breeding kept us into retirement.
Winnipeg never leaves one’s heart. We enjoy the Review especially Max Roytenberg’s contributions..I knew him well.
Thank you for your contribution to the Review from all of us expatriates.
