I just read Ari’s tribute to his Zayde Irving Belfer apparently born around 1905. . I am curious to be in touch with Ari because my own Zayde (we call it Zeideh
down under in Australia) was Elias (Eliyahu Shalom) Belfer the oldest of a family whose youngest brother was born around 1912 T he fanmily lived somewhere near the Odessa area.
Possibly we can find a common connection.
